The customer: CGR, an Italian toy wholesale company. Due to a contraction in the market and an uptick in digital purchasing, the company needed to speed up and review operating processes from a digital perspective, and to improve employees’ management and performance.
Seedble started a complete digital transformation path to improve the customer experience by first creating a data model, and subsequently, designing a data infrastructure and implementing a platform model (ERP, application for samples) that ensured the management and automation of both physical and digital processes (showroom and warehouse).
