In the learning phase, we collect data, insights and ideas through surveys, interviews, focus groups and work sessions dedicated to listening to people. We are committed to getting to know your organization in depth, in order to design a project that reflects its own characteristics and needs.
In the design phase, with the help of a set of proprietary canvases, we co-design a vision of the project, identify future scenarios, and design a roadmap of the actions to be taken to transform the input collected into executive projects.
The execution phase puts innovation on the ground. Based on the roadmap and our shared objectives, we either create innovation paths, or frameworks and process flows, workshops and training, or technological platforms. We work in an agile way, allowing for sprints and regular checkpoints, allowing for comparison and improvement of the strategy (quick scan).
