We worked on the value proposition and built the business plan together, sharing our technical development experience to consolidate the go-to-market strategy.
We supported the startup team in the process of validating the needs of the various stakeholders involved in the product acquisition and use process. We also designed and validated a Saas based business model platform to ensure scalability to the proposed solution.
