GRENKE: Space Reorganization and Cultivation of a Hybrid Work-oriented Company Culture

OVERVIEW

The company, an Italian branch of a multinational corporation with over 40 years of history offering leasing and factoring services, has expressed the need to explore new ways of working, thanks to the strategic positioning of the new headquarters and an investment in terms of training on effective behaviors, enabling space design and scouting of supporting technologies.

Seedble has acted on two fundamental trajectories: supporting the reorganization of spaces and disseminating a corporate culture suitable for the hybrid context.

Thanks to working with an architectural firm, we addressed the needs of individuals in the newly identified spaces and worked on the organization’s mindset to facilitate the spread of a new corporate culture.
