The client, the Italian branch of a multinational company with over 40 years’ experience of offering banking and factoring services, wanted to explore new ways of working, rewarding flexibility, collaboration, and the use of collaborative digital technologies to improve the sharing of information and knowledge in the company.
Seedble started a pathway that would first bring upper management on board, before bringing in the company’s key people as they looked towards new ways of working, analyzing challenges, opportunities, constraints, and perimeters of action.
