The customer: a company operating in the IT services sector in Italy with multiple locations. Due to a rapid and sudden redefinition of the organization’s business context, and to improve collaboration and productivity between teams, the company started along a route towards experimenting with new ways of working and collaborating, including the introduction of people management systems for digital objectives, and support tools.
