Talents for Open Innovation

Seedble, in collaboration with Gellify, designed and implemented an open innovation path, providing support in facilitating the working groups and creating value for each selected company.

The participants were divided into groups and guided, through design thinking tools and techniques, in identifying and testing creative solutions to respond to the challenge “what needs to be done in the company to better manage innovation?”. To accelerate the execution of ideas and allow the participating companies to be autonomous in the validation phase, we created a framework to monitor results. Finally, the use of the Action Canvas allowed the participants to put into practice the solutions they had devised and to design a roadmap for the Open Innovation project, identifying the stakeholders involved, highlighting potential risks, and thus defining a solid and well-structured Open Innovation project.
